Job Description
- Assist electronic engineers in conducting laboratory tests for hardware and software components.
- Support the development and execution of test plans, ensuring thorough testing of electronic products.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to analyze test results and provide feedback for design improvements.
- Participate in troubleshooting and debugging of electronic circuits and systems during the testing phase.
- Document test procedures, results, and any issues encountered, providing clear reports for further analysis.
- Guide and supervise external laboratories and suppliers in executing testing protocols.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during testing processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement in testing methodologies.
- Lead or participate in the development of automated/semi-automated testing and measurement fixtures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Strong practical experience in electronic testing, including both hardware and software components.
- Familiarity with analog and digital circuit design principles.
- Experience with laboratory testing equipment and tools, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, electronic load and data recorder.
- Good understanding of the electronics manufacturing process and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with engineers and other stakeholders.
- Proficient in spoken and written English for technical documentation and communication.
