  • Provide technical expertise to customers in the areas of product quality, processing techniques and problem resolution.
  • Be the contact person for customer quality issues and requirements and Build uphold relationship with key persons of each customer
  • Manage Voice of Customer for all product quality and performance issues, mainly on DuPont Pyralux and Kapton products.
  • Drive improvement in products and services through systematic review of customer complaints and requests.
  • Maintain consistent customer response standards and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Interface internal/external customers to identify the specific purpose and technical requirements of each individual analysis request.
  • Support quality improvement activities at all manufacturing sites in the AP region.
  • Support E&I quality team to conduct quality audit for contact manufacturers and raw material suppliers in China. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, majoring in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science related background.
  • 5+ years' experience in PCB, FPC, semiconductor, electronics material, automobile industry customer interface experiences is a plus.
  • Require technical and process quality skills with hands-on experience.
  • Data analysis and technical reporting with 6sigma concept.
  • Quality management skills, such as 8D, 5-whys, FMEA, SPC, DMAIC, CAPA
  • Positive attitude.
  • Good learning ability. Good communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Good English communication capability.
  • Up to 50% travel rate is required.
