Job Overview
Support HR team's daily operations; gain exposure to core HR modules. Ideal for HR-interested students to get practical experience.

Key Responsibilities

Help with new hire onboarding (prepare materials, coordinate check-in) and employee offboarding (collect assets, update records).

Maintain HR system: update employee info, verify data, generate basic reports.

Organize & archive HR documents (physical/digital) per company rules.

Assist payroll team: collect attendance/overtime docs, distribute salary slips, answer simple inquiries.

Complete ad-hoc tasks from mentor (e.g., meeting support, employee activity coordination).

Requirements
Enrolled in bachelor's/master's program (HR, Business Admin preferred).

Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic HR knowledge a plus.

Detail-oriented, able to multi-task; good Chinese & English communication.

Committed to 3-5 days/week for at least 3 months.
