Core Responsibilities
- Strategy and Roadmap: Define and own the Martech roadmap aligned to commercial and brand priorities; translate business objectives into technology investments and measurable outcomes.
- Platform Selection and Development: Lead needs assessment, vendor evaluation, procurement, and implementation of innovative solutions to accelerate revenue, productivity, and CX.
- Portfolio and Program Delivery: Manage complex Martech transformation programs including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, vendor oversight, and change management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Cross-Platform Integration: Design and govern integration architecture and data flows across internal and external systems to enable seamless audience activation, reporting, and operational scale.
- Partnership with IT () and Vendors: Operate as the primary liaison with IT () team and third-party vendors to align technical design, SLAs, and security controls with program goals.
- Governance, Compliance, and Risk: Define and enforce governance frameworks, and compliance with corporate policies and data protection requirements.
- Performance and Benchmarking: Establish cost, service, and performance metrics for the Martech stack; benchmark industry best practices and recommend optimizations to improve ROI.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Build strong relationships across marketing, PR, analytics, finance, and relevant teams; communicate roadmap priorities, program status, and value delivery to senior stakeholders.
- Capability Building and Continuous Improvement: Champion adoption, training, runbooks, and SOPs; identify automation and cost-saving opportunities and pilot emerging technologies that meet strategic criteria.
