该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand the brand strategy and goals and assist in building communication plan to drive clear alignment and trackable KPIs;
  • Develop holistic media/paid social plan to support business, campaign objectives and manage performance;
  • Responsible for paid social strategy execution and follow up, especially on Red note to engage and convert consumers;
  • Evaluate social campaigns and always-on communication, during and after execution to identify improvement areas;
  • Coordinate with EC team and external agencies to ensure high quality and timely delivery;
  • Understand evolvement of China digital media and seek new opportunities. Requirements:
  • Bachelor or master's in marketing/communication/media or related majors;
  • Robust social media experience with the focus on KOL strategy and paid media in key platforms (Red);
  • Experienced in managing budgets and well versed in media & digital planning and execution;
  • Strong project management skills, able to solve problem in complex construct;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – written and oral;
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously; -English can be as a workable language.
