A leading offshore development project is seeking an experienced FPSO Topside Construction Coordinator to oversee fabrication, integration, and commissioning activities at a major shipyard in Tianjin. This is a key site-based position responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all FPSO topside construction works, coordinating across multiple disciplines and stakeholders. The successful candidate will act as the client's representative at the yard, ensuring that all construction, quality, and schedule requirements are met while maintaining exemplary HSE performance and technical integrity.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise FPSO topside construction, integration, and pre-commissioning activities.
 - Oversee contractor performance, ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedules, budgets, and HSE standards.
 - Interface with engineering, structural, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and marine disciplines to ensure smooth execution.
 - Review and validate construction drawings, method statements, and plans.
 - Monitor shipyard readiness, including infrastructure, manpower, tools, and materials.
 - Identify and mitigate construction risks, reporting issues and corrective actions.
 - Coordinate closely with operations and commissioning teams for systems handover.
 - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly construction progress reports, highlighting key metrics and deviations.
 - Promote proactive safety culture and adherence to project ethics and conduct standards.
 
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
 - 15+ years' experience in offshore oil & gas, with at least 10 years in shipyard or FPSO construction supervision.
 - Strong technical background in hull, topsides, structural, piping, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
 - Proven experience in fabrication, integration, and commissioning of FPSO modules.
 - Familiar with international standards and construction best practices (QA/QC, welding, coating, modularization).
 - Demonstrated ability to coordinate large multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.
 - Excellent communication and reporting skills; proactive and solution-oriented approach.
