- Assist of manage a Marine engineering team consisting of Marine engineers and draft persons to perform analysis/calculation and design drafting work.
- Assist of supervise and coordinate all technical matters relating to Marine engineering works of project, ensure that the works are completed in compliance with the contract requirements and the reference specifications, design codes, and standards.
- Assist of supervises and provides design direction to subordinates.
- Assist of Plans, develops, coordinates and reviews team's work; prepare discipline master document register and estimate manpower requirement.
- Prepare and review discipline design documents, including but not limited to, design basis, specifications, calculations, data sheets, reports, general arrangement plans, lists.
- Provide technical support in procurement of materials when required.
- Provide technical support in procurement of vessel and other equipment subcontracting when required.
- Provide key design documents, 3D model, MTO, RFQ document, perform technical bid evaluation.
- Participate and contribute to technical review sessions e.g. HAZID, 3D model, constructability, etc.
- Assist of monitor and resolve all Marine engineering issues surfaced at jobsites.
- Coordinate design efforts with team, other disciplines, owner/agents, and suppliers.
- Develop design standards; maintain a discipline design lesson learnt register.

- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good command of MS Office Suite application.
- 3D model review tools such as Navisworks.
- Excellent in communication and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal skill and organizing skills.
- At least having 13 years of working experience on Marine engineering
Design/Marine operations.
Bachelor's degree: after 15 years, Master's degree after 13 years
- Familiarized with industrial and regulatory design standards (API, ISO, DNV, Noble Denton etc.)
A recognized degree in Naval Architect/Offshore Engineering, from an accredited college or university.
