About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to support customer development and technical engagement in the European energy storage market. This position combines technical sales, market analysis, and customer-facing support, providing a foundation for career growth in international sales and project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Managers in customer outreach, lead qualification, and initial meetings.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating customer visits, business trips, and exhibitions in Europe.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis, reporting findings to management.
- Provide technical clarification and coordinate between customers and engineering teams.
- Track customer requirements and follow up on project progress and documentation.
- Build relationships with potential clients, gradually developing accounts independently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years' experience in technical sales, project support, or engineering in manufacturing/renewables sectors.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes, technical proposal preparation, and customer communication.
- Fluency in Chinese and English required; additional European languages are a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with internal management systems (CRM, ERP, OA).
- Strong analytical and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Europe.
