About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to support customer development and technical engagement in the European energy storage market. This position combines technical sales, market analysis, and customer-facing support, providing a foundation for career growth in international sales and project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Managers in customer outreach, lead qualification, and initial meetings.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating customer visits, business trips, and exhibitions in Europe.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, reporting findings to management.
  • Provide technical clarification and coordinate between customers and engineering teams.
  • Track customer requirements and follow up on project progress and documentation.
  • Build relationships with potential clients, gradually developing accounts independently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years' experience in technical sales, project support, or engineering in manufacturing/renewables sectors.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes, technical proposal preparation, and customer communication.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with internal management systems (CRM, ERP, OA).
  • Strong analytical and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to Europe.
