Job Description

This role leads consumer insight development and product research for Fabric Care Product in Southeast Asia.

  • As collaborative leaders of product innovation, Product Researchers are responsible for discovering, designing, and delivering superior products and packaging that enhances consumer satisfaction.
  • This role integrates insights across consumer, technical, and business domains to develop robust product/package propositions with compelling communication at all touchpoints, ensuring long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Master's degree or higher in Biochemistry, Environmental Science, Materials Science, or related field
  • Develop holistic consumer propositions through a deep understanding of consumer, product, packaging, and technology in collaboration with multi-functional teams.
  • Adjust project direction based on ongoing learning, data, and hands-on experience, including defining experimental designs and leading consumer research execution.
  • Drive decision-making for complex initiatives concerning consumer insights, product, packaging, and technology.
  • Generate novel consumer insights and translate them into actionable product designs and technical requirements.
  • Lead the development of technical product narratives, claims, and support strategies based on consumer understanding and competitive insights.
  • Proficient in various data analysis tools.
  • Travel for consumer research is required.
  • Living and grown up with Thai language and culture, fluent English skills, Chinese language as option.
