该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description Primarily provides pose-sales technical support and service to solve the issue of the products and applications. Travel to customer site or even end customer site to collect the necessary data for quality improvement and issue solution. Uses in-depth product knowledge to provide technical support and expertise to sales and the customers on the application aspects. Responsibilities Include: Response for technical support and service on commercial Lasers and Industry Lasers. Support customer on technical questions and provide training to customers. Troubleshooting & problem solving on customer application related issues remotely or in the field. Feedback to team based on the customer's application. Work closely with internal functional teams (Sale, Quality, Product Line Management, Product Engineering, R&D, etc.), to solve technical issues and requests. Qualifications and Requirements 3+ years working experience in commercial laser industry 1+ years' service engineer work experience and strong hand-on ability in commercial laser BS in Laser, Optics or Engineering, equivalent Result driven and self-driven, can work independently but being a team player, understand and practice collaboration, working with all functional groups effectively Reading and writing English ability is must. Good English communication will be plus.
