该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities: Lead and Coordinate the design, development and optimization of E- motors
(Thermal, Mechanical & Electromagnetic) for power tools products togetner with Germany team. Develop high-efficiency brushless motor solutions that meet cost targets and performance metrics. Collaborate closely with Chinese motor supply chain partners to ensure design manufacturability and cost efficiency. Maintain daily communication with German R&D team to ensure designs meet STIHL global standards. Perform electromagnetic simulation, thermal analysis and structural analysis to optimize motor performance. Develop test plans and validation protocols to ensure product quality and reliability. Stay updated with motor technology trends and introduce innovative design concepts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Motor Engineering or related field 5+ years of motor design experience, preferably in garden tools or power tools industry Proficiency in design methods, experienced with motor design software
Extensive experience in supply chain collaboration, familiar with Chinese motor supply chain Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, able to work effectively with German team Fluent in English, capable of technical documentation and cross-border meeting communication Team leadership and project management experience
