  • Develop the decision and planning algorithm of adas software, including global path planning, behavior decision and motion planning.
  • Deployment and test of decision and planning algorithm.
  • Collaboration with perception and motion control engineer on the algorithm development, simulation and test Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or above, with major in control theory and engineering, automation, vehicle Engineering, etc.
  • Familiar with the programming languages like C/C++, Python.
  • Familiar with the development environment ROS
  • Familiar with trajectory planning and optimization algorithm (including but not limited to Hybrid A*, RRT, Lattice , bezier curve, spline curve, QP optimizer, spatio-temporal planner, etc.)
  • Familiar with behavioral decision-making algorithms (including but not limited to rule-based decision-making, learning based decision-making, and POMDP based decision-making processes)
  • Familiar with trajectory prediction algorithms (including but not limited to motion model-based and data-driven methods)
  • Familiar with open-source autonomous driving algorithms such as Autoware and Apollo
  • Minimum of 3 Years' Experience in decision and planning development
  • At least 1 sop project experience
  • Team player and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in English spoken and written
