Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Recruitment Consultant
to join our Regional Executive Search team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment projects, drive business development, and contribute to operational excellence. You will be pivotal in delivering superior client and candidate experiences while fostering strong relationships and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Delivery:
- Conduct market intelligence research and mapping to identify top talent.
- Lead candidate interviews and shortlisting processes.
- Prepare and audit high-quality Candidate Profile Reports (CPR) for client submissions.
- Provide expert consultation on employment market trends and insights.
- Manage candidates and clients to ensure successful assignment closures.
2.Business Development & Key Account Management:
- Identify, plan, and develop potential key accounts for HR outsourcing products (e.g., Placement, Search, Contract Placement).
- Conduct Pre-Project Research to identify search grounds.
- Independently develop key accounts, deepen client relationships, and secure repeat assignments.
- Manage senior-level assignments independently.
- Support leader in Conducting Client Satisfaction Surveys and Client Engagement Meetings for key accounts.
- Negotiate and prepare Terms of Service for approval by senior leadership.
- Resolve client issues related to accounts receivable or case-related matters.
3. Operations:
- Ensure accurate and timely candidate and client information recording in the Internal Executive System.
- Support process and operational improvements, including digital tools and systems.
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations, internal SOPs, and audit requirements.
- Potentially mentor a small team of consultants.
4. Other Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in organizing company events and people engagement activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve group objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in executive search, recruitment, or HR consulting.
- Strong understanding of market research, candidate assessment, and client management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and guiding junior team members.
