Overview
Support the execution and coordination of APAC S&T Deployment portfolio and PMO activities in China. Assist in tracking project/KPI progress, maintaining governance documentation, and facilitating communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining project tracking tools and dashboards.
- Support PMO reporting and documentation efforts.
- Coordinate with project teams to gather updates and ensure timely reporting.
- Help facilitate governance meetings and prepare materials.
- Support portfolio data analysis and insights generation.
- Support project management standards establishment and updating to ensure consistency across the organization
- Provide training support to stakeholders to enhance project management capabilities.
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, and 5+ years of experience in project coordination or PMO support roles.
Basic understanding of portfolio management principles and tools.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and multinational environments.
Good communication and analysis abilities
The ability to speak, read and write in English
