- Lead brand social media planning and execution, including content creation, performance media result analysis and optimization, and continuous learning from industry trend.
- Develop annual communication master plan with deep consumer insight and social behavior understanding.
- Full ownership of performance result and budget planning.
- Partner with multi-functional team and different external stakeholder to deliver operational perfection.
Requirement
- At least 2 years working experience in performance/digital marketing. Prefer candidate with proven record of holistic social media operation, especially the platform of RED/Douyin etc.
- Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in English speaking and writing. Goal achiever with strong can-do attitude, self-motivated accountability.
- Data sensitivity and High attention to details. Proven performance driven ownership with logically problem solving.
- Strong leadership and proven strong collaboration skill to move different counterparts to one same goal.
