Job Description:
- Act as the corporate representative to liaise with customers and promote the company's products.
- Lead & drive New Product Introduction and New Technology Introduction projects, covering technical, quality and operational aspects to ensure timely market entry. Key responsibilities include: (1) Reviewing customer specifications externally or proposing counter-solutions based on the device applications to meet product performance requirements; (2) Defining project timeline and coordinating internal and external resouces to ensure key milestones are achived on schedule; (3) Collaborating with sales and internal fabrication teams to ensure smooth volume ramp-up, meeting business expansion or extension needs.
- Manage post sales service (technical, quality & operation) to ensure Continuous Improvement Programs in process enginnering are progressing effectively, and oversee customer communication.
- Drive and manage key account customer requests to be followed-up smoothly and correctly with internal fabs
- Support sales & local inventory/wafer warehouse management.
- Able to have business travel frequently and independently.
Requirement:
- Educational Background
: Bachelor's degree or higher in materials science, chemistry, physics, or related fields. - Work Experience
: At least 6 years (Master's degree) or 8 years (Bachelor's degree) of practical experience in the semiconductor engineering field. - Technical Skills
: Experience in semiconductor wafer FAE or semiconductor device engineering is highly preferred. - Language Proficiency
: Fluent English speaking and strong written communication skills; proficiency in Italian is a plus. - Soft Skills
: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels. - Adaptability
: Willingness to take on challenges, adapt to a fast-changing work environment, and be available for frequent travel.
