该职位来源于猎聘 As an AM/SAM, you will act as the client's key partner — not only managing communication and project execution, but also deeply engaging in brand and communications strategy, truly embodying an Account & Strategy Integrated role. You will lead overseas communications and go-global projects across B2B, B2C, and global markets, covering multi-region and multi-platform campaigns. Your responsibilities will include creative planning, publishing, and operations for international social media platforms. Leveraging your PR background, you will also provide expertise in brand reputation, media relations, and global communications strategy to ensure efficient project delivery and client satisfaction. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with leading global brands and cross-industry clients, broadening both your professional vision and international expertise. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client liaison, overseeing both domestic and international teams, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Proactively provide strategic recommendations and communication solutions based on deep understanding of client business, industry trends, and market environment.
  • Translate client needs into actionable communication plans, ensuring full-chain ownership from strategy to execution.
  • Plan and execute international social media content marketing campaigns across multi-language and multi-platform ecosystems (Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage daily social media operations, including content creation, publishing, engagement, sentiment monitoring, and data analysis.
  • Track global market trends and regional differences to optimize strategies and strengthen international brand presence.
  • Deliver performance reports and case studies, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships, meeting immediate needs while guiding clients toward new growth opportunities.
  • Participate in client presentations and reporting, showcasing project progress and results to build trust and strengthen collaboration.
  • Leverage PR expertise to support media relations and collaborate with global PR teams.
  • Facilitate cross-market and cross-cultural collaboration to improve international teamwork efficiency. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, PR, Media, or related fields preferred.
  • 4–5 years of experience in advertising/PR (AM or SAM level), with proven track record in go-global clients or global communications projects.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C communications logic, with the ability to both understand client business and provide strategic and creative solutions.
  • Proficient in international social media operations; experience with large-scale global projects or major events/exhibitions is a plus.
  • Solid data analysis and strategic thinking skills, able to independently generate insights and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Bilingual fluency in Chinese and English (written & spoken), capable of producing professional content and collaborating with global teams.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
