As a core team member, you will play a key role in the company's digital transformation strategy, helping optimize business processes within the electronics assembly industry, and driving the company's information technology initiatives to new heights. Responsibilities 一、System Implementation & Project Management

  • Lead or participate in the full lifecycle management of the Infor ERP system, including project initiation, requirements analysis, solution design, system deployment, go-live transition, and post-launch maintenance.
  • Develop detailed project implementation plans, allocate resources effectively, coordinate internal teams and external vendors, ensuring high-quality project delivery on schedule.
  • Strictly monitor project progress, cost, and quality, using advanced project management tools and methods, and regularly report project status updates to senior management. 二、Business Process Optimization
  • Conduct in-depth research into core business processes such as procurement, production, sales, and finance, identifying pain points and bottlenecks. Propose targeted optimization solutions leveraging Infor ERP functionalities.
  • Drive standardization and refinement of business processes to ensure alignment between system capabilities and business needs. 三、System Integration & Technical Support
  • Lead the integration of Infor ERP with other information systems (e.g., MES, WMS, CRM, PLM), creating integration plans to ensure seamless data flow and business collaboration.
  • Address technical issues during system operation promptly, ensuring stable system performance.
  • Proficiently develop and maintain Infor interfaces (e.g., BAPI, Web Services) to support cross-system data exchange.
  • Expertise in IOS/ION platform development, capable of completing customized tasks to meet enterprise-specific needs. 四、Training & Knowledge Transfer
  • Provide system operation training, testing, and go-live preparation guidance for clients.
  • Establish a robust knowledge management system, organizing internal training and experience-sharing activities to promote team knowledge sharing and skill enhancement. 五、Industry Adaptation & Innovation
  • Deeply understand the characteristics of the electronics assembly industry, providing strategic advice tailored to the company's business needs to ensure close alignment of the ERP system with industry best practices.
  • Stay updated with new technologies and ideas, continuously optimizing system functions to help the company maintain competitiveness in digital transformation. Requirements 一、Professional Background
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred.
  • Familiarity with supply chain and manufacturing production management processes; candidates with a background in the electronics assembly industry are preferred. 二、Work Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing or maintaining Infor ERP systems, having led at least 1-2 complete ERP project implementation cycles.
  • Experience in ERP implementation within the electronics assembly or related manufacturing industries is a plus. 三、Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Infor LN ERP development platforms and related tools, capable of independently completing module configuration, custom development, and system optimization.
  • Mastery of SQL database languages, with strong database design, management, and optimization skills, capable of performing complex queries, analysis, and processing.
  • Familiarity with system integration technologies (e.g., WebService, API), with extensive experience in system interfacing and data interaction.
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining Infor interfaces (e.g., BAPI, Web Services) to support cross-system data exchange.
  • Expertise in IOS/ION platform development, able to complete customized tasks based on IOS/ION to meet specific enterprise needs. 四、Comprehensive Abilities
