该职位来源于猎聘 JOB PURPOSE The Market Executive is responsible for supporting the China team in effectively implementing the annual operational plan. This role requires close collaboration with the regional trade manager to ensure smooth execution of the planned activities. Key responsibilities include supporting sales and marketing activities such as trade training sessions, roadshows, trade exhibitions, and familiarization trips etc. The Market Executive will also liaise with stakeholders based in Abu Dhabi (AD) to facilitate communication regarding JMP seasonal campaign hotel and attraction offers, as well as campaign execution details. The role will help build a wider AD stakeholder database for China market. Additionally, the Market Executive will support Country Manager to provide comprehensive support in various tasks, including monthly and annual reporting, cost analysis and other office administrative work. This position reports directly to the DCT China Country Manager and requires effective communication and collaboration to achieve organizational goals. Key Accountabilities
- Key responsibility is to support the team to further develop Abu Dhabi as a top-of-mind leisure destination to travel to from China, in addition to increasing hotel guest numbers and average length of stay from the respective region;
- To consolidate regional market, travel industry and competitive information, new trend and conduct the general analysis weekly or monthly basis;
- Discover and deeply explore the tourism resources, new trade partners or high potential partners in the respective region;
- Support regional manager to deliver various AD destination education, workshop, training and publicity campaign regularly;
- FAM trips plan, execution, including invitee list, itinerary, stakeholders, budget, guest survey etc;
- Broker opportunities with trade partners such as JMPs (joint marketing promotions), special deals, events, etc. where applicable;
- Monthly JMP tactical dashboard data input;
- Key stakeholders' daily coordination and collaboration at the region, such as: airlines-EY/EK/CA/MU/CZ/3U, EH, charters etc;
- Support Country Manager to monitor the office administration and travel cost and provide monthly cost report;
- Assist and participate DCT China roadshow, travel exhibition and joint event or workshop;
- Daily report to GM and teamwork;
- Translation support.
Qualification (e.g. Academic Qualification, Certifications, Licenses) Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Tourism Experience Experience 1. 3 years+ of experience in tourism industry
