As a S&T Product Development Chemist, you will play an important role in Automotive coatings product development projects with main FGs and RMs validation, formulation and formula tools development. You will work together with the project leader to address the key issues and set up fundamental know-how about the new products. You will work together with Research, CD, ASTEL, Optima Solution, Operation teams to commercialize the new product and resolve the issues in time with great teamwork. Your responsibilities will also include generating documents and reports about the new product, daily maintenance of the lab and other activities related to the operation in GCIC and Tianjin Plant.

*Qualifications*
- At least 1 year's experience in coatings formulation, analysis, testing, production, QC or application
- Bachelor's Degree above in Chemistry or Equivalent
- English Ability in both Oral and Written
- DOE and Data Analysis Capability Preferred
