Job Responsibilities:
- Overseas User Insight and Strategy
: Conduct overseas user insight and consumer research to enable analysis in areas such as core market user profiles, brand and product line core consumers, summarize and develop overseas user strategies, and continuously conduct in-depth research on core scenarios and needs of overseas consumers. - Overseas Market Research and Data Analysis
: Use data analysis to identify key factors affecting overseas consumer experience, uncover trends in changing consumer behavior, delve into potential consumer needs, and combine competitive industry market analysis to produce various research reports, providing data support for product development strategies. - Overseas Product Marketing Research and Execution
: Support overseas marketing centers in formulating, implementing, and reviewing product launch marketing strategies, collaborate with various functional modules of headquarters marketing to define new product positioning, test new product launch marketing plans, continuously monitor product market performance, organize post-project reviews for marketing initiatives, and enable marketing teams to adjust strategies promptly. - Management of Overseas Consumer Insight Teams
: Guide and enable overseas consumer insight teams, standardize research methodologies, set core KPIs, promote common research tools, ensure data compliance, coordinate global research resources, and support the capability building of overseas consumer insight teams. - Other Overseas Consumer Insight Projects
: Based on business planning and needs, propose additional topics from a consumer insight perspective, integrate research resources, complete reports, and present findings.
Qualifications
:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, any major, with 5+ years of work experience in market research/consumer research/consulting firms, particularly in overseas/product/marketing/consumer electronics research.
- Proficient in various consumer research methods, processes, and related qualitative or quantitative models.
- Strong strategic thinking, written communication skills, and keen consumer insight empathy, with the ability to translate data conclusions into marketing strategy recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, report writing, and reporting skills.
- Fluent in English, with experience coordinating multi-country projects and effectively addressing research analysis challenges arising from cultural differences.
- Possess user empathy and a strong curiosity for technology and fashion trends.
