Managing product portfolio for sustainable and profitable business growth. Leading and driving new products from 'concept definition' to 'go-to-market'. Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product innovation, quality, and market competitiveness; Meanwhile, need to meet customer and business objectives. Manage short-term and long-term business forecast. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责: Formulate and execute new product strategy, including market research, market trend forecasting, mining customer needs and pain points, new product user-case definition, new product positioning and competitiveness analysis. Define new product Feature Matrix, Cost Structure and Roadmap, and obtain approval. Track the process to ensure that the development of new products meets the requirements of planning and definition. Be responsible for the defining of new product selling points (USP), the preparation of sales pitch, and the promotion to key target customers. Work closely with sales, R&D, project managers, engineering, quality and procurement to ensure the new product development is consistent with strategic direction. Responsible for product launch, and support to define the sales strategy of the new product in the clients. Conduct product-related training for sales staff on a regular basis, and keep the information synchronized with Global. Product optimization and iteration, development of new variants and formulation of related strategies, competitor analysis, real-time tracking of technology trends and other product life cycle management. Join the major industry event to collect market information and understand market trend. MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件: Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, industrial automation engineering, electrical or related fields.
Above 10 years working experience in marketing and product management. Familiar with the product development and marketing process, including market research, end user/customer needs analysis, competitiveness analysis, product positioning and value proposition etc. Successful stories and complete experiences in new product development. Good presentation skills and negotiation skills. Good commercial sense.
