Responsibilities:

  • Design and plan features for options, futures, and other derivatives to help global investors make informed investment decisions.
  • Liaise with global exchanges and data vendors, collaborating closely with overseas branch offices and product/R&D teams to drive cross-departmental project launches.
  • Conduct global user research and competitive analysis in partnership with research and marketing teams to gather internal and external requirements and drive new features to launch.
  • Analyze user data across different client segments to identify friction points in the trading experience, propose innovative solutions, and take ownership of driving key business growth metrics.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of product management experience, with a deep understanding of options and other derivatives, the needs of options traders, and hands-on trading experience.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese. Has a good understanding of Global Financial Service Industry.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with strong logical thinking and a high sense of ownership.
  • Data-driven with a growth mindset and a strong awareness of ROI.
