该职位来源于猎聘 The Business Development Manager(Sr. Manager/Director) will play an essential role as we look to further establish and grow our business in China. The individual's primary responsibility will be to build a sales pipeline by contacting as many prospects as possible, through cold calling, emailing, Linkedin messaging and events. The individual will be expected to strategically identify and proactively approach and educate prospects and ultimately quality opportunities for the business director and solution team to close the deal. Job Details:
- Identify and qualify opportunities through processing the available name list
- Acquire new list by research or working with 3rd party
- Consolidate and manage name list acquired from marketing events
- Outreach, prospecting and educate prospect
- Develop script, content, messaging, questionnaire, etc. for the cold calling and email
- Analyze the processed list and recommend strategy to increase higher conversion rate
- Work with marketing to develop local awareness such as localizing content
- Stay up to date with market trends and collaborate with digital marketer to drive conversion
- Support events and tradeshows as part of awareness and conversion strategy
- Work with managing director to develop offering that fit China market Person Specification:

- A good understanding of the different marketing channels
- Keen to learn and find creative solution
- Outgoing and not shy speaking to stranger
- Over 10 years' experience in digital, eCommerce, brand, retail related industry preferred
- SEA experience is a bonus
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
