- To complete the education as per the training and development plan. 学习并完成公司及部门制定培训课程的培训计划。
- To learn and understand the process and operation in engine plant . 学习和掌握生产线加工工艺及相关流程。
- To present after the learning and testing and find problems and make continuous improvement in terms of process, efficiency and quality. 在完成培训计划后展示并陈述学习成果,能在生产实际中发现问题,并在流程、效率和质量方面不断改进。
- To solve the quality and technical problems during production and communicate with relevant departments for solution. 协助解决生产过程中出现的质量和技术问题,并同相关区域做好沟通。
- To assist supervisor and manager to make and implement work plan, improve and optimize system and workflow. 协助生产主管和生产工程师制定和实施生产标准,优化生产流程和工艺。
- Other working tasks arranged by direct supervisor. 直线领导安排的其他工作。 任职资格:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Machinery Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Electric, Automatization, NC, Engine, Vehicle Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other relevant engineering majors. 本科及以上学历,主修机械设计、机械制造及自动化、电气及自动化、数控、内燃机、车辆工程、工业工程或其他相关工程专业。
- Frequent in oral and written English, be able to use English as working language. 良好的口头和书面英语,能够使用英语作为工作语言。
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, e.g. Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Access and Publisher. 精通微软办公应用程序,例如PPT,Excel,Word,Outlook,CAD等。
- Logical and independent thinking. 有较强的独立思考和逻辑分析能力。
- Learning, creativity and problem-solving ability. 具备较强的学习能力、创造力和解决问题能力。
- Teamwork spirit and social adaptive ability. 具备良好的团队合作精神和社会适应能力。
