Manager Product Marketing
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Define and implement marketing strategies for high voltage GaN products
- Drive the lead customer engagements and go to market activities to enhance the pipeline and market penetration of these products
- Define and shape our roadmap for HV GaN to future proof the product portfolio. You own the product portfolio of these families
- Accompany the development of the products as marketing expert and give direction to the development teams with competitor analysis, scenario planning and business case calculations
- Set up a good and trustful relationship with your main stakeholders to interact effectively with international Marketing & Sales, Technical Marketing, System Engineering and Program Management
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics or similar. Additional business management education will have advantage
- Pronounced marketing skills, preferably with complex technical products like controllers or other multichip products
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience within Product Marketing or Product Management with a proven track record for strong customer focus in semiconductor industry
- Experience with different topologies and configurations in low tomid-power range and ability to translate these requirements to the ICs
- Willingness to work in a cross-cultural and world-wide spread organization within different time zones
- Fluent Chinese and English language skills
