Key Accountabilities
Leadership mindset & matrix navigator
- Lead IWS initiatives by aligning Trade Support Supervisors across regions to drive clear performance objective and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Orchestrate collaboration between teams (e.g., IWS Regional Sales Managers, Marketing, Operations,) to ensure seamless execution of regional alignment, and budget for trade support activities.
- Serve as a central coordinator to mobilize resources, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs for the team
Plan and performance management
- Support the team to develop and implement national distributor or workshop Sell In and Sell Out plans according to PU strategy.
- Validate and update sales forecast accuracy to help the team driving and optimizing production cost efficiency
- Support Sales Manager to allocate investment and analyse ROI to ensure sellout productivity
- Manage brand and product mix structure with actionable regional programs to improve gross margin performance
Trade activation management
- Input to marketing team on channel activation development and carry out activation calendar by leveraging national scheme.
- Coordinate organization and carry out activation, workshops and seminars.
- Develop workshop coverage plan basing on different market status and empower DSR to perform store execution excellence, including signature stores, shop sign and in-store display,
Execution excellence
- Timely consolidate and update RTM projects to support the team driving distributors or continuous development
- Implement and analysis weekly, monthly and quarterly check on regional performance including both result and progress KPIs.
- Empower store engineers to improve professionalism on mechanics and lubricants by providing the operational support within the regions.
Implement the agreed training programs for DT, DSR, workshop and Mechanism

Ensure that all activities conducted through 3rd parties or intermediaries in country comply fully with our own CoC and local competition legalization. Ensure compliance with country regulations, BP Group, Segment and l policies and standards.
Job Holder Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field. MAB is a plus
Minimum of 10+ years relevant working experience in trade marketing, sale oprations , or a field sales leadership role, with at least 5+ years with indirect/direct people management capacity
Track record of delivery of sales targets and performance
Experience/track record/confidence communication internally and externally
Experience and track record of distributors/key accounts/city level activation strategy design and implementation.
Ability to travel with efficient travel plan and have willingness to work frequently in the field.
Ability to implement strategic and tactical business plans.
Adequate understanding about distributor, New retailer, Key account and workshop business financials and be able to support distributors' business sustainability.
Ability to be hands on and provide coaching to and motivating frontline sales force. Flexibility of thought and action to be able to respond to changing market environments and dynamic business situations
