核心合规:全面负责公司与食品相关的法律法规合规工作,包括但不限于《食品安全法》、广告法、消费者权益保护法、产品质量法、标签标识规定,以及进出口和检疫事项等,并密切关注相关法规的动态变化。 Core Compliance: Oversee all legal compliance related to the food industry, including but not limited to the Food Safety Law, Advertising Law, Consumer Rights Protection Law, Product Quality Law, labeling regulations, Imports & Exports, Quarantine Matters etc. Closely monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations.
风险防控:建立并完善公司的法律风险防控体系,定期进行合规审计与风险评估,制定应对策略。 Risk Prevention: Establish and enhance the company's legal risk control framework, conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies.
政府沟通:应对政府监管部门的检查、问询,处理相关合规事务,维护良好的政企关系。 Government Liaison: Handle inspections, inquiries, and other compliance matter with government regulatory bodies, maintaining a positive government relationship. 2. 公司治理与合同管理:Corporate Governance and Contract Management:
公司治理:负责公司日常治理相关的法律事务,公司证照管理等 Corporate Governance: Manage legal affairs related to daily corporate governance, including business license management.。
合同全流程管理:起草、审阅、谈判和管理各类重要商业合同,如采购合同、分销协议、赞助合同、供应商协议、保密协议等,并建立标准合同库。 End-to-End Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various critical commercial contracts (e.g., procurement, distribution, sponsorship, supplier agreements, NDAs) and develop a standard contract library. 3. 争议解决与知识产权:Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property:
纠纷处理:独立或协同外部律师处理公司面临的诉讼、仲裁、行政复议及消费者投诉等纠纷。 Dispute Handling: Independently or in collaboration with external counsel, handle litigation, arbitration, administrative proceedings, consumer complaints, and other disputes.
知识产权保护:管理公司的商标、专利、著作权等知识产权事务,包括注册、维护、监控及打假维权。 IP Protection: Manage the company's intellectual property portfolio (trademarks, patents, copyrights), including registration, maintenance, monitoring, and anti-counterfeiting enforcement. 4. 业务扩张支持 Support to Business Expansion
为公司在中国的业务拓展等项目提供法律尽职调查、交易结构设计、协议起草与谈判等全方位支持。 Provide comprehensive legal support for the company's business expansion in China, including legal due diligence, deal structuring, and agreement drafting/negotiation. 5. 内部咨询与培训:Internal Advisory and Training
为各业务部门(市场、销售、供应链、人力资源等)提供及时、准确的法律咨询意见。 Provide timely and accurate legal advice to various business departments (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, etc.). 定期为员工提供法律知识培训,提升全公司的合规意识。 Conduct regular legal training for employees to enhance overall company-wide compliance awareness. 任职资格要求: Qualifications and Requirements 1、大学法学本科及以上学历,已通过中国国家统一法律职业资格考试,持有法律职业资格证书。 Bachelor's degree or higher in Law. Must have passed the Chinese National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination and hold a valid legal professional qualification certificate (Lawyer's License). 2、至少共计10-15年工作经验; At least 10 to 15 years working experience 3、具备在快消品行业,尤其是食品或饮料企业担任法务职务的实战经验是一项优势; Practical experience in a legal role within the FMCG industry, specifically in food or beverages will be advantage.
4、有流利的韩语或者英语沟通能力为佳 Proficiency in Korean or English is preferred. 5、良好的沟通和跨部门协作能力,能和不同文化背景的人合作 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
