Monthly Performance Management w/Regional function team

1、STW/STR/Inventory Management

2、Monthly CPR meeting/Monthly Ou meeting

3、Nielsen report and analysis

Monthly Commercial dashboard Management

1、Means KPl tracking

2、PDCA cycle management

Commercial Playbook Development

1、Routine update on operation playbook

2、Commercial efficiency uplift initiatives

Qualifications and Technical competencies required

1、Bachelor and above ;

2、Prefer Work experience 3 5 years ,Prefer Consulting/ Finance/Commercial/Analysis/ Commercial Operation background ;

3、Good oral and written English ;

4、Proficient at analytics tools including but not limited to Project Management, Power BI,Excel, R, Python, etc. ;

5、Good communication with both field team and senior management ;

6、Independent, proactive, self motivating, resilient & accountable;

7、Excellent learning motivation and ability ;

8、Prefer interest in Beer Industry ;

9、Strong strategic thinking and business acumen in overall consumer and retail industries;

10 、Strong data mindset and analytical skill ;

11、A few business trips.
