该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责: 1. 系统架构与功能设计: 主导BMS(电池管理系统)的总体架构设计与功能规划,包括主控、采集、均衡、通信、安全、诊断及应用层功能模块。 2. 应用层软件开发与集成: 负责BMS应用层功能(充放电管理、热管理、故障处理、功率限制、状态估算等)的设计与实现; 参与软件架构设计、代码评审、接口定义与调试验证。 3. 需求分析与技术实现: 分析系统需求并进行功能分解,制定接口规范和验证计划,确保需求–设计–实现–验证的完整闭环。 4. 功能安全与验证: 按照ISO 26262流程推动功能安全开发,参与ASIL等级划分、安全概念设计及验证策略制定。 5. 系统集成与问题分析: 参与系统集成测试、台架测试和整车验证,负责问题定位、根因分析与解决。 ________________________________________ 任职要求: 1. 学历背景: 硕士及以上学历,电气工程、汽车电子、控制工程、软件工程或相关专业。 2. 经验要求: 5年以上BMS系统或电池控制系统开发经验,具有量产项目经验。 3. 技术能力: o 熟悉BMS系统架构及通信协议(CAN、LIN、Ethernet); o 具备C/C++或Python编程能力,有AUTOSAR应用层或嵌入式软件开发经验; o 了解功能安全开发(ISO 26262)与ASPICE流程; o 掌握SOC/SOH估算、均衡控制、热管理与故障诊断算法。 4. 语言与沟通能力: 具备良好的英语或日语沟通能力,能够进行技术会议交流与文档编制。 5. 优先条件: o 有OEM或Tier1供应商经验; o 熟悉动力电池系统标准(GB/T 38031、UN ECE R100); o 具备跨部门协作或技术专家经验者优先。 ________________________________________ BMS Development / System Expert (English Version) Responsibilities:

  • System Architecture and Functional Design Lead the overall BMS (Battery Management System) architecture and functional design, covering master control, sensing, balancing, communication, safety, diagnostics, and application-layer functions.
  • Application Layer Software Development Responsible for the design and implementation of BMS application functions such as charge/discharge control, thermal management, fault handling, power limitation, and state estimation. Participate in software architecture design, code review, interface definition, and debugging/validation activities.
  • Requirement Analysis and Implementation Analyze system requirements, perform functional decomposition, define interfaces, and ensure traceability across the entire development cycle.
  • Functional Safety and Validation Promote functional safety development per ISO 26262; define ASIL levels, safety concepts, and validation strategies.
  • System Integration and Issue Analysis Participate in system integration, bench, and vehicle validation; perform root cause analysis and drive design optimization. ________________________________________ Qualifications:
  • Education: Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Electronics, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience in BMS or battery control development with mass production project experience.
  • Technical Skills: o Solid knowledge of BMS architecture and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet); o Proficient in C/C++ or Python, with experience in AUTOSAR application-layer or embedded software development; o Familiar with ISO 26262 functional safety and ASPICE development process; o Understanding of SOC/SOH estimation, balancing control, thermal management, and fault diagnostics.
  • Language and Communication: Excellent English or Japanese communication skills, capable of participating in technical discussions and documentation.
  • Preferred Qualifications: o Experience with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers; o Familiar with EV battery standards (GB/T 38031, UN ECE R100); o Strong cross-functional collaboration or system expert experience preferred.
