该职位来源于猎聘 Your Mission Be responsible to drive the end-to-end delivery of our SaaS platform capabilities for our Enterprise Customer and Channel Partners. Our SaaS platform is a key component of our product offering ensuring our customers and internal team have a fully automated system to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of any connected devices. Our SaaS platform integrates component such as device provisioning, rating & billing, resources management, account management. The Senior Product Manager shall also lead engagement with key customers, mobile carriers and channel partners to scope their needs and design solution. Simplify and maintain a consistent experience across product, interface and product marketing documentation. Drive full digital and automated user experience across various touch points (eCommerce platform, external social media). Key success metrics will be a combination of NPS score, successful launch of product that meet customer requirements and adoption. Main Responsibilities The main aspects of your mission would consist in: 1、Owning the product definition of our product, its value proposition, UX/UI, its roadmap priorities and ensure execution by our engineering team; 2、Defining all the processes related to our product lifecycle; 3、Writing the required product specifications, and product documentation; 4、Designing all the external materials for customer and business partner including documentations and product marketing presentations; 5、Defining product requirements for integrating with 3rd Parties; 6、Collaborating with engineering and business development to solve critical business challenges; 7、Ensuring timely execution of roadmap and overall product and services quality. Desired Competence and Experience

  • Bachelor 's degree in Computer Sciences or similar
  • At least 10 years in software product development and SaaS
  • Experience with eTOM and TM Forum Frameworks
  • At least 5 years experiences in managing large customers project, negotiating on roadmap and requirements.
  • Proven experience in MVNO / MNO business support system (BSS).
  • Not afraid to be hands-on with a critical reasoning, creative eye, good imagination and curious mindset
  • Passion for answering difficult business questions related to user journey, software interface and organization of workflow. Sharp eyes to look for details, inconsistencies, or defects.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a remote team environment
  • Strong project management and desire to own many projects at one time
  • Outstanding communication skills (both in presentation and comprehension)
  • A high-level of interest in the mobile Internet, 4G/5G, and IoT/consumer electronics industries
  • English, Chinese mandarin as a plus
