该职位来源于猎聘 Key Accountabilities:

  • To Provide the technical support to customers for alignment with sales & marketing strategies.
  • To visit major customers to extract their needs and reflects them.
  • To handle end-users complaint and provide related application failure diagnosis and solution .
  • To provide technical training for IML customers and end user
  • To build technical relationship with Key industrial OEM & acquire OEM approval
  • To assist sales team in making proposal, technical seminar, developing new market.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

  • Minimum bachelor degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
  • Minimum 5- 10 years of relevant technical support experiences in lubricants industry.
  • Familiar with industrial lubricants and application sector , like GE / Power / Ming

Must be able to have good customer management skills too.

  • Good internal and external communication skill .
  • Good commanding of English , for writing and speaking .
