该职位来源于猎聘 Summary Kids2 is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support its Legal team, with a primary focus on patent portfolio management and compliance-related contracts. This role will assist in maintaining Kids2's intellectual property assets, support contract lifecycle processes, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation, filing, and maintenance of U.S. and international patent applications. Coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel on patent prosecution and annuity tracking. Maintain Kids2's IP database and ensure accurate recordkeeping of patent and trademark portfolios. Support contract review, drafting, and execution processes for compliance-related agreements (e.g., supplier agreements, NDAs, certifications). Monitor contract deadlines and renewal dates; ensure timely follow-up and documentation. Help develop and maintain templates, playbooks, and process documentation for legal operations. Conduct legal research and assist with compliance audits and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, product development, and sourcing.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited program. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in IP and contract management. Familiarity with patent and trademark processes (USPTO, WIPO, CNIPA). Experience with contract lifecycle management tools and legal databases. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in a consumer products or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of international IP and compliance regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems. Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English and Mandarin) is a plus.
