Your Tasks

Main Responsibilities

You will provide operational and corporate legal support to ensure smooth processes, compliance, and governance across the organization. This role focuses on mid-office and back-office legal operations, corporate governance, internal control, and coordination with HQ.

Core Responsibilities

  • Corporate Governance

  • Set up new companies or branches and handle internal changes (e.g., business scope, legal representatives, board members).

  • Draft and arrange signatures for board resolutions and related corporate documents.

  • Process & Administrative Management

  • Manage document sealing, approval, and stamping processes.

  • Maintain contract filing and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Develop and optimize SOPs and management tools for legal operations.
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc legal administrative tasks.

  • Internal Control & Compliance

  • Localize HQ policies and deliver compliance training (COC, CP, CC & DP).

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining local data compliance systems.
  • Coordinate risk assessments for local business and implement corrective measures.
  • Regularly complete related control requests and ensure compliance with internal standards.

  • Business Support

  • Based on department priorities, act as a legal business partner for one key function (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, HR, or R&D).

  • Provide contract review and legal consultation to support operational needs.

Your Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Law; a combined academic background (e.g., Law plus English or related disciplines) is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in legal operations, corporate governance, or compliance support.
  • Demonstrated qualities of patience, attention to detail, and resilience, with a proven ability to handle complex tasks under pressure.
  • Strong self-motivation, learning agility, and practical problem-solving ability.
  • English proficiency as a working language; able to communicate effectively with HQ.
