该职位来源于猎聘 PRIMARY FUNCTION The individual will lead to create the da Vinci portfolios roadmap including customer requirements and Go-to-Market requirements for da Vinci systems in China. This person will work closely with Intuitive HQ and Intuitive Fosun partners to manage, grow, and launch da Vinci products including but not limited to da Vinci Multi-port system and Single-port system to buildout a complete da Vinci Ecosystem for Intuitive/Intuitve Fosun's Strong competitive position in China.
Product launch & value validation
- Collaborate with local leaders and corporate product marketers to build local Product Launch Plan and steer execution of that plan.
- Define in-country product feature/benefit messaging for the targeted Surgeons or OR staff. Develop product KOLs and product value.
- Build required sales tools for major products: Data Sheets, Reference Videos, Vision Pres, White Papers. Collaborate with clinical marketing to ensure marketing collaterals are updated with the necessary product positioning and content. Value communication
- Collaborate with commercial learning teams to ensure training of sales teams on effective use of collateral and programs to drive product adoption.
- Plan and drive product penetration through provincial admission and hospital listing and reimbursement with market access and sales team.
- Collaborate with customer training teams to ensure rich and seamless surgeon and OR staff experience with the new products.
- Plan and execute product presence and test drives at society events and tradeshows with clinical marketing and marcom team. Lifecycle Management
- Product registration facilitation, pricing/forecast/change/EOL management.
- Portfolio management based on billing policy by specialties. Competitive and MKTG Intelligence
- Track competitor products and activities, conduct necessary analytics to produce defensive and offensive tactics. Collaborate with local clinical marketing teams, and with corporate competitive intelligence teams.
- Conduct marketing surveys to better understand customer insights and unmet needs, communicate upstream to the corporate.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above, clinical medicine or pharma or MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in healthcare industry with 5 years in medical device or pharma product/brand manager role is required, clinical sales or surgeon experience desired.
- Strategic and creative thinking: Demonstrated ability to think in framework when planning or managing, and outside the box when faced with challenges or stagnation.
- Results-driven execution: Proven track record of action and deliverables towards goals with leadership and impacts.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English. Effective listener and synthesizer.
- Executive Presence: Demonstrate strong competency in preparation, reasoning, engagement, confidence and passion to be an effective storyteller in business circles.
- Influence and collaboration: Proven ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally both Chinese and US counterparts.
- Ability to travel: Up to 30%, most within China.
