工作职责:
- BRAND VISION PLAN (BVP) Supports the brand manager in translation of the BVP into the BMP, focusing on category development and empowering business growth.
- BRAND MARKETING PLAN Supports the Brand Marketing Plan development and deployment by:
- Assisting in the execution of the integrated activity schedule ensuring consistency with Brand Key Vision and Brand Vision Plan including communication strategy.
- Lead budget planning and dynamic resource allocation to ensure PNL delivery. - Accountable for end-to-end performance management both offline & online. This includes high-quality in-store support, EC performance tracking and social engagement. - Identifies solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring.
- INNOVATION & RENOVATION - Lead brand innovation management; building launch plans and channel strategies (promotions, media and POS), Customer sell-in and legal & regulatory issues.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor degree above
- At least 2 years relevant marketing experience, FMCG preferred
