Your Tasks

  • HR Business Partner: Act as the local HRBP to manage daily HR and administrative operations, providing full-spectrum HR support to management and employees.
  • Strategy Execution: Implement global and regional HR strategies locally, ensuring alignment with corporate HR policies, standards, and culture.
  • Local Compliance & Policy: Develop, update, and enforce local HR policies in line with Chinese labor laws and PALFINGER group requirements.
  • Talent Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention programs to secure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Compensation & Performance: Manage salary and benefits schemes, performance management, and incentive programs to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
  • Employee Relations: Promote effective two-way communication and positive employee relations; handle disputes and disciplinary issues appropriately.
  • Training & Development: Develop annual training plans and drive leadership and skill enhancement activities.
  • Admin & Cost Control: Oversee company administrative functions (logistics, facilities, security, canteen, accommodation), manage departmental budgets, and ensure cost control.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor HR KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and lead change initiatives for organizational efficiency.

Your Qualification

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong team leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable HR and administrative programs.
  • Deep knowledge in talent acquisition, C&B management, labor law, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or JV environment; experience in a multinational company is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR professional certification preferred (e.g., CHRP or equivalent).
