Medical Doctor

General Practitioner / Family Physician (French / German speaking), based in Beijing, China
General Practitioner Requirements:
- Proficient in the diagnosis of related diseases, be familiar with laws and regulations, technical specifications related to the position
- Handle acute and chronic conditions related to Family Medicine
- Responsible of the roster according to the department and clinic needs and requirement
- Work closely with nurse team in the respect of the local and the company policies
- Monitor quality of care according to evidence based medicine.
- Support Hospital continue medical education.
- Establish and update department policies as necessary.
- Participate in interview and recruitment.
- Maintain an active communication with other department to facilitate referral.
- Work on the KPI improvement.
- Good medical ethics, good doctor-patient communication skills; Team spirit, sense of responsibility
- Support business development decided by management team.
Requirements:
- Preferably 8 years of work experience and above.
- Able to work on weekends
- Understand China and speak Chinese is an advantage
- Must be fluent English and German / French language skills
- Outgoing personality to engage German / French community in Beijing and Shanghai
- Occupational Health Certification is an advantage
- Able to commit to a term not shorter than 3 years
- A team player who will work with other colleagues and marketing staff to promote the hospital and his/herself
- Willing to relocate to China
