主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibilities in administrative tasks of HRD office, e.g. support to arrangement of meetings, business events coordination, business trips arrangement and reimbursement support for HRD
  • Support in preparation of documents and setup for HRD office and HRBP team for business meetings, visit and other event support
  • Contribute to team coordination work between different workstream and certain topics coordination like HR Wiki, Sharefolder management, etc,.
  • Establish tracking and filling system of HRD office documentation and guarantee high quality
  • Support in creation and proof reading of meeting minutes, follow-up with tasks and collect feedbacks
  • Other administrative support as requested by HRD office and HRBP team 岗位要求/Required Qualification:
  • Language skills: Fluent English. German is a big plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Be able to deliver high quality results under pressure and time limits, team working spirit, problem solving skills and communication skills are desired
