该职位来源于猎聘 Essential responsibilities and duties Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing and Business Development Strategy Manager to expand market presence, driving growth initiatives, and enhancing brand positioning in China. This role is pivotal in aligning marketing strategies with business objectives, identifying new market perspective.
Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement localized marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives in China. Drive the adoption of innovative products within the product line in China, and act as a key liaison between the product line, Division, Country and BG to ensure effective communication and alignment.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities in the automotive exhaust systems segment.
Monitor the performance of various automotive brands and OEMs in the Chinese market, focusing on key indicators such as sales volume, inventory levels, and production capacity. Develop and deliver monthly market intelligence reports to support strategic decision-making.
Build and maintain a proprietary market research database tailored for FCM, enabling data-driven analysis and forecasting of both current and emerging market trends. Manage brand positioning, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns to increase awareness and engagement in AI Application.
Business Development. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support customer acquisition, retention, and product launches. Exhibition & Event Management Plan, organize, and represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events. Facilitate annual key OEM tech day, event and seminar.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution and follow-up. Strategic Planning & Reporting Assist CBU Director & Division Management in the preparation of Strategic Plan and Budget. Elaborate all financial simulations for valuation scenarios, in relation with FCM Group SMPL team.
Qualifications
At least 8 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry; prior experience in leading consulting firms is desirable.
Proven experience as a business partner with comprehensive involvement in the Strategic Planning (SP) process, including participation in all key phases from design to execution.
Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset. Strong learning ability. Working knowledge of AI-driven tools and platforms, with the ability to integrate them into daily business practices.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Fluent in English. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
