该职位来源于猎聘 This role is the central nerve center of Vendor Management team for our key product launches, responsible for orchestrating all elements of the supply chain including raw material and machine equipment procurement, as well as suppliers' production schedule. The person is acting as a primary escalation point, proactively identifying risks, solving complex problems, and driving accountability across internal teams and external manufacturing partners to guarantee that our top-tier products hit the market on schedule. Job Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Oversight

  • Own the master production schedule and capacity planning for all designated "Critical Styles" and key product launches.
  • Develop and implement robust planning strategies to mitigate risks and optimize flow through a complex global supply chain.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on factory performance, lead times, and material availability to forecast potential delays months in advance.
  • Lead production meetings specifically for critical lines, aligning all stakeholders on timelines, risks, and action plans. Vendor Management
  • Monitor and hold T2 suppliers accountable to agreed-upon critical path milestones (fabric booking, cutting, sewing, finishing, shipping).
  • Proactively identify suppliers' capacity constraints or performance issues and work with the Production team to develop contingency plans.
  • Coordinate closely with raw material suppliers to ensure timely availability of key components (fabrics, trims, etc.) for critical styles. Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as the central hub, facilitating seamless communication among Product Development, Central Planning and Vendor management teams.
  • Provide clear, concise, and regular visibility on the status of critical styles to senior leadership, highlighting risks and proposed solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional crisis management meetings to address and resolve any delays that threaten on-time delivery. .

Process Improvement & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain a real-time dashboard to track the health and progress of all critical styles
  • Analyze root causes of past delays and implement process improvements to prevent recurrence.
  • Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time Delivery (OTD) %, critical path adherence, and schedule stability. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or certifications (APICS, CSCP) a strong plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in production planning, demand planning, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role. Proven experience managing multi-tier supplier networks (T1/T2).
  • Proven experience: working in a global brand or brand OEM manufacturers, preferably in apparel, footwear, consumer goods.
  • Demonstrable expertise in managing critical paths and ensuring on-time delivery for high-stakes product launches.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, from sourcing and manufacturing to logistics and import/export regulations.
  • Extensive experience working with factories in Asia (China, Vietnam, Indonesia, etc.) and other global manufacturing hubs.
