- Recruitment & employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Payroll & Benefits:
- Process and review monthly payroll.
- Administer employee benefits.
- Employee Relations: internal communication, employee inquiries, and HR-related concerns, team building activities.
- Compliance & Policy Implementation & Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Support the implementation of HR procedures and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
- Maintain digital/physical employee records.
- Training & Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and track employee development plans.
- Update HR/admin policies and ensure staff compliance.
II. Office Administration (30%)
- Office Management:
- Day-to-day office supplies purchasing and management, maintenance, vendor contracts.
- Manage travel bookings, meetings, meals, and company events.
- Document filing & keeping.
- Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare HR and admin reports as required. Liaise with external service providers, government offices, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
III. Finance assistant (20%)
- Prepare Intercompany Invoices & Bills for inventory being bought for CoolIT to manufacture with. -Payment applies..
- Prepare cash journals and financial supporting files. Note: This is a temporary replacement position. Serious inquiries only.
