该职位来源于猎聘 I. HR Functions (50%)

  • Recruitment & employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Payroll & Benefits:
  • Process and review monthly payroll.
  • Administer employee benefits.
  • Employee Relations: internal communication, employee inquiries, and HR-related concerns, team building activities.
  • Compliance & Policy Implementation & Documentation:
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Support the implementation of HR procedures and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
  • Maintain digital/physical employee records.
  • Training & Development:
  • Coordinate training sessions and track employee development plans.
  • Update HR/admin policies and ensure staff compliance.

II. Office Administration (30%)

  • Office Management:
  • Day-to-day office supplies purchasing and management, maintenance, vendor contracts.
  • Manage travel bookings, meetings, meals, and company events.
  • Document filing & keeping.
  • Reporting & Coordination:
  • Prepare HR and admin reports as required. Liaise with external service providers, government offices, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

III. Finance assistant (20%)

  • Prepare Intercompany Invoices & Bills for inventory being bought for CoolIT to manufacture with. -Payment applies..
  • Prepare cash journals and financial supporting files. Note: This is a temporary replacement position. Serious inquiries only.
