Key responsibilities:


Develop and implement a comprehensive Lean framework across the Greater China Area (GCA), incorporating methodologies such as A3 problem solving, Kaizen facilitation, visual management, and Gemba practices. This framework is designed to enhance customer value delivery and position the organization as the premier service provider across industries.

Conduct comprehensive diagnostics to openly and constructively challenge existing practices that do not generate customer value. Support and implement the strategic focuses outlined in the GCA area business plan.

Design and facilitate Kaizen event workshop across clients and products to drive end to end service & operational excellence. Co-create or facilitate TIP(Tactical Implementation Plan) with measurable savings in cost or effort across various functions.

Ensure rigorous follow-up on action items and establish visual management systems to promote transparency, alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. These practices aim to achieve superior performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement, with a focus on safety, quality, and cost objectives.

Support the digital transformation journey by establishing effective organizational change management practices.

Promote a continuous improvement mindset and enhance lean capabilities across the GCA organization using Lean, Six Sigma, and OPEX tools.


Who we are looking for:


8+ years' experience in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field;

8+ years' experience in Lean and Project Management with Black belt certificate;

Ability to design and facilitate Kaizen workshop to identify areas for improvement;

Experience in leading platform implementation and digital transformation

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, good at senior stakeholder management and communication skill;

Change management - ability to drive changes, adoption, training and compliance to standard processes;

Highly analytical skills, strong problem solving capability and reasoning abilities to deal with a variety of problems and come up with creative solutions;

Solid Lean Trainer for improving organization's lean maturity level

Passion for quick learning and adapting in a fast-paced agile global environment and matrix organization;

Fluent in written and spoken English
