该职位来源于猎聘 About our Company : Cloud Nine Textiles(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd based in Shanghai, is a prominent company in the business of Home Textiles, is importer in USA doing Home Textiles .We are now seeking a talented merchandiser to join our team with a focus on Home Textiles Seasoned Merchandising Manager to lead the a department in Shanghai, managing end-to-end merchandising operations and ensuring seamless coordination with the New Jersey team. The role focuses on vendor management, production oversight, and driving operational excellence in a competitive retail environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage 8–10 merchandising staff, ensuring guidance, support, and performance management
- Collaborate closely with New Jersey, Shanghai sourcing, QC, and shipping teams
- Maintain daily production updates and deliver weekly reports to the New Jersey team
- Build and sustain strong factory relationships; identify and address underperforming vendors
- Oversee product development, sample approvals, color matching, and timely execution
- Track order production, shipping plans, and testing/sample approvals to minimize failures and ensure on-time deliveries
- Attend trade fairs and exhibitions in China and abroad to explore new products and vendors
- Support factories to meet production timelines and quality standards
- Maintain expertise in fabrics, hard goods, production processes, color matching, and compliance
- Travel domestically and internationally as required Key Attributes

- Experience: Minimum 8 years in merchandising; exposure to U.S. retail (Walmart,Target, Costco, Dollar General) preferred
- Language: Mandarin proficiency is a plus
