Overview:
A globally recognized Biologics CDMO is seeking two experienced professionals to join their MSAT team - one specializing in
Upstream
and the other in
Downstream
process development. These roles are critical to bridging technical operations between Shanghai and Boston, supporting clinical and commercial manufacturing programs.
They are open to the level of the individual ranging from Senior Scientist MSAT - Senior Director of MSAT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead MSAT activities in either upstream or downstream biologics processing
- Collaborate cross-functionally across global teams
- Support tech transfer, scale-up, and troubleshooting initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards across regions
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in MSAT within biologics manufacturing
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, and comfortable working across cultures
- Ability to travel from China to the US
