主要职责/Your Responsibilities:
- Automatize of IT Service Processes
- Update of Process Documentation
- Work as team assistant to support Managers, organize meetings, track of budget and payment, etc.
- Support for IT projects as project assistant with Project Managers
- Communicate with end users as IT interface 岗位要求/Required Qualification:
- Bachelor or Master student with a major in IT, Engineering, Engineering Science or Industry Engineering
- Basic understanding of IT Network and IT Infrastructure would be a bonus
- Fluent written and spoken in English and Chinese, German (optional)
- Excellent communication skills as well as high ability to work in a team
- Analytical thinking, Excellent level in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Programming Language, especially Python and JavaScript (preferred)
