该职位来源于猎聘 薪资面谈 Job brief:- Constructability Coordinator for a LNG project is required to develop Constructability program in accordance with the CII Construction Industry Institute's published guidelines. The constructability process shall be in continuous operation throughout the Project. The candidate shall act as the interface between Engineering, Construction and Procurement on all matters pertaining to constructability. Required Skills: The candidate with Oil and Gas working experience more than 15 years, with 5 years at Construction site holding management role (such as construction manager, project manager, interface engineer) is preferable.
Construction knowledge into project planning, engineering, purchase and design to identify & resolve opportunities shall be exercised.
The candidate shall familiar with international codes and standards (API, ASME, ISO, PIP, etc.) and practices of large oil and gas companies (Exxon Mobil, ADNOC, Shell, etc.) Responsibilities:- To build off early constructability information generated during pre-FEED; To review and provide input to plot plan; To determine options for location of temporary facilities and laydown area; To review and provide input to modularization plan; To identify and highlight key constructability factors impacting early stages of construction; To identify critical constructability interfaces and ensure they are managed efficiently; To provide an effective mechanism to incorporate Construction lessons learned from prior projects plans, engineering and design activities; To determine construction strategies take account for local weather conditions; To generate constructability alignment among all planning and execution stakeholders; To determine options to move large equipment to site and to erect these equipment; To minimize impact on construction safety, productivity and quality due to fabrication and construction site characteristics, including SIMOPS environment; To drive the project schedule. The constructability program shall determine an optimum sequence and develop the engineering and procurement schedules to support the sequence. Expected Project Deliverables:- CONSTRUCTABILITY PLAN shall be developed to ensure the established requirements are properly applied to Fabrication, Modularization, Installation and Integrated Hook-up and Commissioning Subcontractors, and to be utilized as guidelines for Constructability workshop. CONSTRUCTABILITY ACTION REGISTER shall be maintained live with the intent of aiding with ascertaining that constructability items are addressed at the appropriate stage (action and close-out to be monitored in timely manner).
