We are seeking a senior finance leader based in Beijing to drive digital transformation across the organization, enhance financial strategy, and ensure robust governance and reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and reporting, supporting executive decision-making and business performance.
- Drive digital transformation across finance and operational functions, leveraging automation, analytics, and technology to improve efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and overall performance.
- Oversee financial governance, internal controls, and compliance across the organization.
- Partner with business leaders to align digital initiatives with strategic objectives, ensuring seamless integration across operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and operations team to support organizational growth.
- Manage investor and stakeholder reporting, providing transparency on financial performance and transformation progress.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5–7 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in driving digital transformation across finance and operational functions.
- Strong background in financial planning, reporting, and governance, ideally in retail, luxury, or related industries.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and operational execution, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and transformational environment.
