该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities: 主要职责: 1) Be responsible for developing Process Heat marketing and sell Leister & Weldy focus on Process Heat products in North China and other assigned territory to achieve assigned sales target according to company policy, strategy and business process. 按照公司的相关政策、销售战略和业务流程,负责华北区域加热器部门的市场开拓和销售,销售产品为莱丹产品和威迪热风加热器,并实现既定的年度销售目标。 2) According to SAP L2O pipeline management regulation, develop specific segments according to company plans and market analysis results. Cooperate with KA to promote key projects, manage project pipeline and find additional sales opportunities for existing key customers. 根据公司计划和市场分析结果,按照SAP L2O流程要求,开发特定的业务板块。与KA合作,推动关键项目,管理项目管道,发现现有关键客户的额外销售机会 。

  • Provide professional pre-sale and after-sales consulting services and maintain positive business relations with existing key customers/end users 提供专业的售前售后咨询服务,与已有重点客户/终端用户保持积极的业务关系 4) Develop sales opportunities and promote positive business relationship at relevant machinery manufacturers, equipment integrators, end users and other potential business partners 开发销售机会,积极促进与相关机械制造商、设备集成商、终端用户和其他潜在业务伙伴间的业务关系 5) Support management in territory/market/industry business and competition analysis and sales strategy development 协助管理层对其区域/市场/行业的业务和竞争分析及销售战略发展 6) Good team work within sales and marketing team and with other relevant functions 与销售市场团队及其他相关部门进行良好的团队协作 7) Timely, professional and complete relevant reporting 及时、专业、完整的提交相关报告 8) Other related job and tasks assigned by superiors and Company 上级和公司指派的其他工作或任务 Requirements / 任职资格
  • Bachelor degree or above in engineering, major in automation, electrical or electromechanical integration is preferred 理工科大学本科及以上学历,自动化,电气或机电一体化专业优先
  • More than 5 years of working experience, including at least 3 years of successful sales experience of industrial equipment in different markets/industries in the designated region 5年以上工作经验,其中在指定区域的不同市场/行业具有至少3年工业设备的成功销售经验
  • Experience in automation equipment integration or related industries from the original manufacturer is preferred. 有自动化设备集成经验或者原厂商配套相关行业工作经验者优先。
  • Experience in heating equipment or heating components (such as infrared heater, infrared heating lamp, high-temperature steam, burner, etc.) is preferred 有加热设备或加热元器件(如红外加热器,红外加热灯,高温蒸汽,燃烧器等)行业工作经验优先
  • Proactive, business results-oriented, able to independently develop customers 工作主动,以业务结果为导向,能够独立开发客户
  • Good analytical and presentation skills Sufficient ability and skills to use office software and CRM 良好的分析能力和表达能力. 足够的办公软件使用能力和技巧, 有CRM使用经验
  • Good at communication and cross-functional cooperation, good interpersonal skills 善于沟通和跨职能协作,良好的人际关系技巧
  • Willing to travel in relevant regions, travel more than 75% of the time 愿意在相关区域内出差, 拜访本地客户及差旅时间大于75%
