Mission
Job Responsibilities:

  • Simulation Algorithm Engineer will be at the core of developing and implementing complex "World Models." The work will involve cutting-edge 3D reconstruction and image/video generation technologies, combining generative AI and multimodal large model knowledge to build the next-generation automotive/embodied simulation environments capable of learning, predicting, and understanding complex dynamic systems, and achieving engineering implementation. 仿真算法工程师将处于开发和实现复杂"世界模型"(World Model)的核心位置。工作将涉及前沿的3D重建与图片/视频生成技术,结合生成式AI与多模态大模型知识,构建能够学习、预测并理解复杂动态系统的下一代汽车/具身仿真环境,实现工程化落地。

Position Responsibility

  • Construct and optimize multimodal data pipelines in the automotive field to support model training. 针对汽车领域多模态数据pipeline的构建与优化,为模型训练提供助力。
  • Develop core algorithms for world models, exploring and implementing dynamic environment models based on multi-view images, videos, and multimodal data. 世界模型核心算法的研发,探索并实现基于多视角图片、视频、多模态数据的环境动态模型。
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies in 3D generation and reconstruction, applying them to build high-fidelity, highly realistic virtual worlds. 跟进3D生成、重建领域的最新技术,并将其应用于高保真度、高真实感的虚拟世界构建。
  • Collaborate closely with hardware engineers and AI engineers to integrate world models with intelligent decision-making systems and robotic control systems. 与硬件工程师和AI工程师紧密合作,将世界模型与智能体决策、机器人控制等系统进行集成。
  • Perform algorithm tuning and implementation based on model conditions, optimizing and applying models on the edge. 根据模型情况进行算法调优与落地,对端侧模型进行优化和应用。
  • Optimize the performance of simulation and model training processes to ensure scalability and efficiency. 优化仿真及模型训练流程的性能,确保其可扩展性和效率。

Position Requirements
Required Qualifications:

  • Hold a Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field. 拥有计算机科学、人工智能、机器人学或相关领域的硕士或博士学位。
  • Have at least 4 years of practical experience in model development, training, and deployment. 具备至少4年的模型开发、训练及部署的实践经验。
  • Possess strong skills in reading English academic papers and technical writing, and be enthusiastic about keeping up with cutting-edge advancements and rapid prototyping. 具备较强的英文论文阅读与技术写作能力,乐于跟进前沿并快速原型验证。

Technical Skills Requirements

  • Solid programming skills, proficient in Python, and experienced in C++ engineering practices; strong foundation in data structures and algorithms, capable of implementing algorithms in engineering environments. 扎实的编程能力,熟悉 Python,并具备 C++工程实践经验;具备良好的数据结构与算法基础,能将算法落地到工程环境。
  • Knowledgeable in multimodal data processing and modeling, experienced in preprocessing, annotating, and training workflows for image/video data, able to organize and reproduce end-to-end experiments. 了解多模态数据处理与建模,对图像/视频等数据的预处理、标注与训练流程有经验,能进行端到端实验组织与复现。
  • Understanding of the basic concepts of generative models and large models, familiar with paradigms such as Diffusion/Transformer, capable of algorithm tuning and performance validation based on task requirements. 理解生成式模型与大模型的基本概念,熟悉 Diffusion/Transformer 等范式,能够依据任务需求进行算法调优与效果验证。
  • Preferably with practical experience or open-source contributions in 3D/4D reconstruction in both industry and academia. 有3D、4D重建在工业界与学术界实践落地或开源成果者更佳。
  • Priority given to candidates with publications in top-tier AI conferences or journals. 在顶级人工智能会议或期刊上有论文发表者优先。
  • Familiarity with autonomous driving/robot perception and spatiotemporal modeling issues, with relevant coursework/projects/internship experience being a plus. 了解自动驾驶/机器人感知与时空建模问题,有相关课程/项目/实习经历更佳。
  • Preferably with experience in training or applying image/video generation models (e.g., diffusion models). 有图像/视频生成模型(如扩散模型)训练或应用经历者更佳。
  • Preferably with research or project experience related to 3D generation/reconstruction, familiar with methods such as Neural Radiance Fields (NeRF) or Gaussian splatting (3D). 具备与3D生成/重建相关的研究或项目经历,熟悉神经辐射场(NeRF)或高斯溅射(3D)等方法者更佳;
  • Familiarity with common simulation platforms or physics engines (e.g., CARLA, Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Unity, Unreal), with usage experience being a plus. 了解常见仿真平台或物理引擎(如 CARLA、Isaac Sim、MuJoCo、Unity、Unreal),有使用经验更佳。
  • Understanding of distributed training, performance optimization, or server/cluster setup and maintenance; HPC/AI Infra-related experience is a plus (having any one of these is sufficient). 了解分布式训练、性能优化或服务器/集群搭建维护;有 HPC/AI Infra 相关经验更佳(具备其一即可)。
  • Knowledge of large model quantization, pruning, inference optimization, and deployment techniques, with related interest or practical experience being a plus. 了解大模型量化、剪枝、推理优化与部署等技术方向,有相关兴趣或实践更佳。
  • Solid mathematical foundation, capable of applying probability theory, linear algebra, and optimization methods to solve real-world problems in projects. 具备扎实的数学基础,能够在项目中运用概率论、线性代数与最优化方法解决实际问题。
  • Good collaboration and communication skills, able to work with hardware/AI engineering teams to achieve system integration and implementation. 具备良好的协作与沟通能力,可与硬件/AI工程团队协同完成系统集成与落地。
